Karen M. Gil is Dean of the College.

The administration includes the following:

Senior Associate Dean, Natural Sciences: Michael Crimmins, Chemistry.

Senior Associate Dean, Social Sciences and International Programs: Jonathan Hartlyn, Political Science.

Senior Associate Dean, Finance and Planning: Tammy McHale, Dean's Office

Senior Associate Dean, Undergraduate Education: Bobbi Owen, Dramatic Art

Senior Associate Dean, Program Development:  James May, Executive Director, Arts and Sciences Foundation

The College is divided into four divisions. All departments and curricula are assigned to one of these four divisions. Each division has a chair, who serves on the Arts and Sciences Advisory Committee (ASAC), as follows:

Division of Fine Arts
Chair: Brooks de Wetter Smith, Music
Alternate: Bonnie Raphael, Dramatic Art

Division of the Humanities
Chair: James Thompson,  English & Comparative Literature
Alternates: Dino Cervigni, Romance Languages; Christopher Armitage, English & Comparative Literature

Division of Natural Sciences and Mathematics
Chair: Patricia Gensel, Biology
Alternate: Arthur Champagne, Physics & Astronomy

Division of Social Sciences
Chair: Lars Schoultz, Political Science
Alternate: Kenneth Bollen, Sociology

The Office of the Dean is responsible for the administration and operations of the College under the Office of the Executive Vice Chancellor and Provost.
