Through the College's innovative First Year Seminar Program, all
Carolina freshmen may enroll in small-group classes (no more than 20
students each), to explore emerging issues with some of the best
teachers and researchers at the University. Seminars examine a wide
range of topics across the arts and sciences. You can find a
complete list of all seminars on the First Year Seminar website.
Undergraduates may also engage in research with a faculty or
graduate student menor through the Office for Undergraduate
Research.
