Dear Colleagues,
In support of students who are facing hardships due to the impacts of Hurricanes Helene and Milton, the Provost’s Office has notified all undergraduate, graduate and professional students of deadline extensions for class-drop and pass/fail declarations.
For undergraduate students, Friday, Oct. 25, will be the last day for students to drop a fall course in Connect Carolina and to submit pass/fail declarations.
For graduate and professional students, Friday, Oct. 25 will be the last day to drop a fall course in Connect Carolina. (Note the final administrative drop date of Nov. 20 remains unchanged).
This is a gentle reminder that in order to help students with their pass/fail decisions and class-drop decisions, it is important to keep your grading records up to date and to return assignments and exam grades in a timely manner.
Thank you for your flexibility and understanding in these matters and for the ongoing support that you provide to our students.
Sincerely,
Jim
