Meet Anna Scott, assistant director of University Bands

The department of music welcomes Anna Scott as the new assistant director of University Bands. Scott recently earned her doctor of musical arts in wind band conducting from Arizona State University and began her tenure in this new role on July 1.

Lee Weisert releases new album, “Recesses”

Associate Professor Lee Weisert released his latest album, “Recesses,” in April on New Focus Recordings. The album was included in The Best Contemporary Classical on Bandcamp: April 2023 and was praised as a “dazzling universe of electro-acoustic sound.”
